Mark your calendars brothers, for July 31. If you coming in from out of town and need hotel reservations, please make them soon.

Ed Free has set up a deal with the Sheraton for the group rates for Saturday night. All the brothers have to do is call and let them know they are with the theta chi golf.

We will play a scramble format with four man teams. You are encouraged to recruit your own team and register as a foursome. If you don’t have a team, don’t worry about it. We will group you with others. The important thing is to sign up. If you would like to attend but not play, we have a dinner only option. All proceeds will go to the scholarship program.

If everyone would volunteer to recruit some brothers that have been missing the last few years, it would be appreciated. Please, help us spread the word by forwarding this notice to the Brothers you stay in touch with or who may have changed their e-mail address in the last year. Please contact at least 2 or 3 brothers that you have not seen or talked too recently, and make plans to attend. Please contact me if you can assist in planning this event.

Please register by July 18th. If you are planning to attend or need more details to decide, please e-mail me at hfox3@att.net. I can also be reached by phone at home at (317) 255-0820. Please don’t wait until the last minute to register. Getting an early indication of the number planning to participate will help us make plans.

The cost will be $105.00. This is ten dollars more than last year, its been several years since we have raised the rates. Part of the cost is for adding additional items to the dinner menu, the menu has not been set. If you have any input it would be appreciated.

If you can help sponsor the cost of beverages or driving range it would be appreciated, along with bringing prizes for the raffle.

We are also asking for sponsorships to include the active brothers in Bloomington. If you can help them out, Thank you.

The golf course is located off I-65 North from Indy at Exit 130 (Zionsville), then left (west) off the exit straight through the stop about one mile on the left.
