The Campaign for Alpha Iota
Since
1921, Alpha Iota Chapter of Theta Chi has been forging leaders and changing
lives. Those of us fortunate enough to have called Alpha Iota home will
never forget the lessons learned and the friends made.
Now, its time to give back. We launched the capital campaign with the goal of paying off the mortgage and establishing scholarships for future Alpha Iota undergraduate leaders. Only Alpha Iota brothers are conducting this campaign and you will never be contacted by a stranger to make a donation. We have made great progress, but with well over 1,000 alumni, there are still many more contacts to make. If you have already contributed to the campaign, we need you to reach out to another alumnus Brother and get them to make a pledge. Where
the Money Goes
All the money raised will go to support our chapter. This campaign is designed to raise money to pay off the existing mortgage and make the necessary upgrades to the house. Additionally, a permanent scholarship program will be created to support future Brothers of Alpha Iota and promote excellence.
How
You Can Give
You can choose to make your
pledge to one or both of the following two corporations that support
our chapter:

The Theta Chi
Realty Corporation is entrusted with the ownership of the chapter
house and is charged with maintaining that facility in good working
order. This is the entity that we all refer to as the Alumni Corporation.

Alpha Iota
Educational Foundation has been established to provide scholarships
and grants to undergraduates.

Please
consider pledging at one of the following levels:
Snake
& Swords Club:
$100-$499
Those contributors between $100 and $499 will have their name listed on the Campaign Recognition Wall in the Chapter house.
Century
Club:
$500-$999
Those contributors between $500 and $999 will have their name listed on the Campaign Recognition Wall in the Chapter house and receive a framed picture of the Chapter house.
Key
Man Club:
$1,000-$1,499
Those contributors between 1,000 and $1,499 will have their name listed on the Campaign Recognition Wall in the Chapter house, receive a framed picture of the Chapter house, and become a voting member of the Theta Chi Realty Corporation for Alpha Iota.
Cornerstone
Club:
$1,500-$2,499
Those contributors between $1,500 and $2,499 will receive a framed picture of the Chapter house, become a voting member of the Theta Chi Realty Corporation for Alpha Iota, and have a brick engraved with their name on the Campaign Recognition Wall in the Chapter house.
Presidents
Club:
$2,500-$4,999
Those contributors at $2,500 - $4,999 will receive a framed picture of the Chapter house, become a voting member of the Theta Chi Realty Corporation for Alpha Iota, have an engraved brick on the Campaign Recognition Wall in the Chapter house and receive naming rights to a room in the Chapter house.
Charter
Club:
$5,000-$9,999
Those contributors at $5,000 - $9,999 will receive a framed picture of the Chapter house, become a voting member of the Theta Chi Realty Corporation for Alpha Iota, have an engraved brick on the Campaign Recognition Wall in the Chapter house and receive naming rights to a room in the Chapter house.
Founders Club:
$10,000+
Those contributors at $10,000 and above will receive a framed picture of the Chapter house, become a voting member of the Theta Chi Realty Corporation for Alpha Iota, have an engraved brick on the Campaign Recognition Wall in the Chapter house and receive naming rights to a room in the Chapter house.
You
may choose to make a single payment or pay over 2, 3, 4, or
5 years.
